Very pleasant purchase experience.

I have purchased 2 motorcycles from this dealership in the past 9 months, and the sales dept. was excellent. No high pressure sales, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Large inventory of motorcycles and accessories. Great parts dept. and fast service. I visited 3 dealers before this last purchase and Big St. Charles had the best deals and the exact bike I wanted.

Great buying experience! Brad, the salesman, is a straightforward guy and I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. Nothing but great service out of everyone I dealt with, from sales to finance to final delivery of my new bike.

I work at a local car dealership and it very rare that you find great service in other retail locations. I will say Big St. Charles Harley rocked it out. Bill was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I walked in he helped me with the selection and got me a great deal. The finance guy Mike was easy to deal with. Sandy showed me everything about the bike. She made me feel very comfortable with using my Ultra before I left. She also made buying a new bike a lot of fun. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
