Redesigned Softail® Frame
The Sport Glide® is the latest addition to one of the most beloved Harley-Davidson® motorcycle families, the Softail® line. As many enthusiasts know, the Softail® family is well known for its customizable look and superior performance. These bikes rely on a unique Softail® hidden monoshock rear suspension, which allows them to handle better while providing cleaner lines. The Sport Glide® uses all of this and comes with a 34% stiffer frame. It is also substantially lighter, but with high performance suspension, you’ll still be able to stack on the luggage for longer trips. All this means you’ll have more control over a more responsive bikes, which comes in handy for those hard lines and severe angles.
Milwaukee-Eight™ Engine
The Sport Glide® also comes with a brand new engine, the Milwaukee-Eight™ 107 engine. This electronically fuel injected V-Twin engine packs over a century of engineering and riding experience, which means you get massive torque, plus faster response from 0-60 mph and 60-80 mph. It’s also completely counterbalanced to minimize vibration for the smoothest ride, without giving up any of the signature Harley® engine growl. On top of all that, it’s sleeker design helps it fit perfectly in the slim Sport Glide®, so you won’t have to fight with your own engine to be comfortable.
Touring Ready

The lightweight stature of the Sport Glide® is perfect for commuting and actually makes touring easier as it’s a more agile bike. And for all that extra luggage you have to bring on a long trip, or even just some extra space for the things you’ll need from your day-to-day life, the Sport Glide® comes equipped with hard side locking saddlebags. If you need to shed a few things and lighten your load for easier touring, the saddlebags and mini-fairing are easily removable. Whatever you may need from your Sport Glide® from one day to the next, this bike is designed to be versatile enough to handle it all.
