Taking inspiration from Screamin’ Eagle® NHRA drag bikes, the FXDR™ boasts a new air intake system that’s been shaped to maximize airflow to the powerful Milwaukee-Eight® 114 engine. This take on the Screamin’ Eagle® Heavy Breather has an exposed, forward-facing filter element for both looks and effective air control.
You’ll find an inverted racing-style fork up front that uses an innovative single-cartridge to keep the front wheel planted firm on the pavement, which leads to improved braking and handling when you’re in the saddle. The Harley® FXDR™ 114 also boasts monoshock rear suspension featuring a single coil-over-shock with emulsion technology to smooth out the bumps of the road. An optimized angle between the frame and swingarm allow for enhanced travel and response time, meaning riders get the smoothest Softail ride yet.
